How do I buy?
Open a service or product, choose a package and place the order. Digital products with stock are delivered instantly on your order page.
How do I become a seller?
Sign up, go to Settings, turn on selling and fill your store details. Then create your first listing from the Dashboard.
What are Basic, Standard and Premium?
They are package levels. Basic is the simplest offer; Standard and Premium give more. Sellers can leave Standard and Premium empty.
How do sellers get paid?
When the buyer approves an order, the money (0% platform fee during our launch offer) goes to the seller wallet in Dashboard → Selling. Request a withdraw to bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank.
What is the blue tick?
It means admin has checked and verified the seller.
Something went wrong with my order
Open the order and press “Report a problem”. Admin will review it.
